  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience designing, scaling, and leading ongoing contingent workforce programs
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce industry, regulatory, compliance and international policies and employment laws
  • Proven track record of transitioning to MSP model and driving continuous improvements
  • Experience in Global HR/Talent Acquisition function with emphasis in contingent workforce for IT and global manufacturing/engineering workforce
  • BE/MBA degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong executive level influence and communication skills
  • Deep technical domain knowledge in contingent workforce management
  • Expert understanding in e-procurement processes and systems
  • Experience managing transformative change and leading global teams

Responsibilities
  • Act as expert/SME for Extended Workforce for the Organization
  • Provide thought leadership and innovative solution design for extended workforce program
  • Lead the execution of global extended workforce program
  • Assess, stabilize/optimize, or transform existing insourced Extended Workforce model
  • Manage Extended Workforce Operations team
  • Lead talent optimization for extended talent acquisition processes
  • Lead strategic and Extended Workforce global communications and change management
  • Anticipate, respond to, and resolve escalated operating challenges
  • Enforce corporate policies and monitor spending habits
  • Track record of exceptional client relationship management
  • Work with internal business/stakeholders to drive greater adoption of strategies
  • Build strong relationships to influence others to achieve goals
