- Provide phone and email availability and ensure communication with the General Manager by receiving and forwarding emails and phone calls, especially in English.
- Administer, prioritize, and prepare correspondence, including letters, courier items, and emails, to and from the supervisor.
- Ensure internal communication and collect information between and from business units and service functions.
- Support and fully manage travel organization and bookings for the superior.
- Plan and monitor internal and external meetings, take minutes, distribute and document outcomes, and ensure milestones and timelines are met with internal, external, and international participants and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of financial analysis documents, comparisons, and statistics, and ensure their timely distribution.
- Track project milestones, status, and results; take over project parts; and prepare visual reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
- Support the preparation and execution of presentations and functions during international and internal information meetings.
- Support the planning and execution of symposia and congresses, including corresponding transactions.
- Manage office responsibilities.
- Experience in the MedTech or pharmaceutical industry is a benefit.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or project management is an asset.
