Overview
The Payment Networks organization is a business enabler and industry leader of technology and payments innovation, supported by a multi-disciplinary team of top product, operations, and technology professionals. We engineer enterprise solutions for enabling all Products, Services, and Corporate Functions across all markets to serve our customers.
Payment Networks is a global organization comprised of twelve programs that provide solutions for Network Access, Transaction Switching Services, and Value Added Services.
Role
We are looking for an innovative Project Manager to lead engagement, perform information sharing, communication, and supporting learning and development efforts within the Payment Networks organization.
Responsibilities include:
-Support our summer Interns and Launch program employees to ensure they have a positive experience with Mastercard.
-Develop/Create our monthly newsletter
- Support and Organize our St Louis based Volunteer activities
-Monitor organizational data via Workday and Rally/Jira
-Enhance and support communication best practices amongst our internal teams and with our external partner organizations.
-Develop and coordinate our quarterly Town Hall events, Leadership Roundtable sessions, and Technical Reviews.
-Collaborate with other team members in our program to develop frameworks for learning and development and knowledge sharing across our organization
All About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:
-Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings with different levels in the organization
-Excellent writing skills and proven experience in executive/leadership communications and business reporting.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented; proficient in managing competing priorities
- Self starter with a results-driven mindset
- Anticipate and proactively address issues that may arise
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationships and interact effectively with individuals at all levels
-Strong understanding of how IT organizations function with a background project management skills.
-Be skilled at technical and creative marketing and communications (blog or vlog posts, newsletter content, presentations and videos, etc.)
-Experience using tools such as Excel, Qualtrics, MS Teams, PowerPoint. Jira or similar tools is a plus.
-Be passionate for the discipline of operational and process excellence, and effectively disseminate that passion to your stakeholders and organizational audience members.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
