Requirements
  • Proven experience in employee benefits design and management, as well as compensation administration.
  • Ability to manage employee wellness programs, recognition programs, and employee engagement survey strategies.
  • Expertise in constructing comprehensive total rewards packages, including base salary, incentives, and benefits.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation strategies and their effective implementation.
  • Solid grounding in current HR practices, data analytics, service delivery, and support systems.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that our global compensation structure is market-aligned and consistently implemented across all regions.
  • Design, implement, and manage global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and maintaining competitive offerings in the market.
  • Stay updated on global compensation and equity regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
  • Work closely with People and Culture team members and business leaders to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall business goals.
  • Partner with M&A project managers to standardize processes related to compensation and benefits during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop and maintain an integration playbook while identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Advise business partners and the talent acquisition team on compensation matters, including job evaluations and international mobility cases.
  • Lead the global benchmarking process by analyzing industry survey data to ensure our total compensation programs are competitive.
  • Act as a strategic partner in proposing and implementing total rewards programs that enhance ATPCO’s employee value proposition and retention efforts.
  • Lead due diligence and integration activities related to compensation and benefits through all phases of the M&A lifecycle.
