  • Provide administrative and coordination support to other Foundation leaders as needed, based on organizational priorities and business needs.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the Office of the Foundation President and the Foundation Board of Directors, providing a professional, responsive, welcoming, and discerning experience for board members and Foundation leadership.
  • Coordinate the Foundation Board meeting cycle with the President and Board Chair, including agenda development, presentation and material coordination, identification of matters requiring board discussion, decision or awareness, and meeting and event logistics.
