  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Four years of experience in web development/programming with relational databases to produce dynamic web-based applications, consulting and/or strategy of web development/programming, and responsive web development.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to data security and contract requirements.
  • A valid motor vehicle operator's license is required, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
  • An associate's degree with six years of qualifying web development experience, or a high school diploma/GED with eight years of qualifying web development experience, may satisfy the equivalency requirement.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop new and existing web functionality and applications.
  • Provide support and maintenance for new and existing applications.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from university departments, faculty, and staff.
  • Ensure all web functions comply with accessibility requirements.
  • Incorporate responsive web design and technology into site development.
  • Manage web development using revision control software.
