Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field is required.
  • At least three years of combined healthcare experience in quality improvement or Joint Commission coordination in hospital or ambulatory settings is required.
  • At least three years of experience in data analysis and report writing is required.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, objective judgment, self-direction, and motivation are required.
  • The role requires the ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and a wide variety of disciplines.
  • The role requires the ability to make presentations on quality and regulatory topics.
  • The role requires the ability to participate as part of a team to accomplish assigned projects.
Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight for quality and accreditation for assigned Northside care locations external to the Northside Atlanta campus.
  • Assist the Director and Vice President of Quality with organization-wide projects and goals.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master of Science degree is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Training as a team leader and facilitator is preferred.
  • Certification in healthcare quality is preferred.
