Requirements
  • Completed commercial education, such as HAK, HLW, a commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent.
  • Successfully completed payroll accounting examination.
  • Initial professional experience in payroll accounting; exposure to time management or HR systems such as LOGA or Workday is advantageous.
  • Interest in HR systems and digital ways of working.
  • Accurate, structured, and reliable working style.
  • Enjoy working with numbers, data, and employment-law matters.
  • Service orientation and solution-focused communication with employees and managers.
  • Team spirit, initiative, and willingness to develop professionally and personally.
Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing payroll and time management for designated BGO Group companies, particularly hali GmbH, for both blue-collar and salaried employees.
  • Ensure payroll calculations are accurate, timely, and high quality.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on payroll, time management, and payslip questions.
  • Monitor changes in legislation, tax rules, and collective agreements and implement them in practice.
  • Work with authorities, social insurance providers, and external partners.
  • Prepare analyses and support annual financial statements or external audits.
  • Suggest ways to make payroll processes simpler, more digital, and more efficient.
  • Support administration and further development of time management and HR systems.
  • Contribute to projects involving payroll, digitalization, and process optimization.
