CNA licensure is required before hire; the employer will assist with CMT licensure after hire if necessary.
CPR certification is required.
Candidates must be comfortable with end-of-life care and the hospice philosophy.
Candidates should provide a compassionate, dependable, and calm presence.
Responsibilities
Provide hospice care to patients in an inpatient hospice house setting, with a maximum patient ratio of 1:4.
Support patients with dignity, comfort, and connection through attentive care.

We’re seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant / Certified Medication Technician who is comfortable with end-of-life care and passionate about dignity, comfort, and connection.
