Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree (Licenciatura) in an economic-administrative area, such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector, preferably in business or small- and medium-sized enterprise banking.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services for small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and objectives.
  • Customer orientation and strong professional ethics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Current residence in Querétaro.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing small and medium-sized enterprise clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prospect for, and attract new small and medium-sized enterprise clients.
  • Analyze clients' financial needs and propose tailored solutions, including credit, investments, and transactional products.
  • Prepare and present credit proposals, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on credit operations and manage portfolio risk.
  • Advise clients on banking products and services, resolve questions, and address their requests.
  • Collaborate with other bank departments to provide clients with comprehensive, high-quality service.
  • Meet individual and team commercial objectives established by management.
