- Strong analytical thinking for complex strategic topics.
- Knowledge of structuring and visually presenting content, especially in PowerPoint.
- Proactive, independent, and structured working style; ability to contribute ideas, manage varied tasks, and work in a global environment.
- Interest in modern HR work and strategic topics such as talent, skills, and change management.
- Fluent German and good English.
- Must be enrolled at a university for the internship.
- Submit a résumé, current transcript, current enrollment certificate, examination regulations, and, if applicable, valid work and residence authorization with the application.
- Support the HR team and contribute to HR concepts from initial ideas through global initiatives, while assisting with day-to-day work.
- Support strategic governance and consultation for worldwide units, and prepare decision documents, analyses, reports, and roadmaps to ensure consistent global HR governance.
- Support global strategic talent development and succession planning, helping identify, develop, and place talent worldwide.
- Coordinate future skills and qualification needs at a higher level and work at the strategic interface with the Global Real Estate Academy's qualification concepts.
- Develop support concepts for global change processes, create audience-appropriate communications for internal channels, and produce visually appealing presentations.
- Independently take on smaller projects and subprojects as well as organizational team tasks to continuously develop global HR work and ensure smooth delivery of global initiatives.
- First practical experience in human resources or project management.
