Requirements
  • At least five years of office management experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED with five years of progressively responsible administrative or office management experience, or an associate's degree with three years of such experience, or a bachelor's degree with one year of such experience.
  • Knowledge of office management principles, practices, and procedures, including budget monitoring, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced ability with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Ability to organize, plan, solve problems, manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
