- Completed qualification as a welding specialist or comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience welding boiler pressure parts, conducting quality assurance and quality control inspections, and supervising projects.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, non-destructive testing methods, and international standards including ISO 3834-2, EN ISO 14731, ASME, and PED.
- A structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented working style with strong QHSE orientation.
- Good communication skills and willingness to perform installation and assembly work and coordinate multiple projects in parallel.
- Take responsibility for welding coordination, quality assurance and quality assurance/quality control inspections for service and retrofit projects.
- Monitor internal and subcontractor welding work and ensure compliance with relevant ISO, ASME, and PED standards.
- Conduct and evaluate examinations such as non-destructive testing, approve documentation, and ensure traceability.
- Provide technical support to construction sites, welding personnel, and project teams and promote best practices.
- Ensure QHSE compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Etogas/HZI EtoGas designs and builds turnkey Power-to-Gas plants that convert surplus renewable electricity into storable gases such as green hydrogen and synthetic natural gas. The process starts with electrolysis to split water into hydrogen, which can be used directly or combined with carbon dioxide in a methanation step to produce SNG that works with existing gas infrastructure.
