  • Enabling a memorable and personalized customer service experience
  • Executing and coaching others on Selling Programs
  • Being a product expert on all Mejuri products
  • Implementing customer-centric campaigns and maintaining relationships
  • Ensuring all KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Maintaining operational processes that impact sales
  • Supporting the management team in developing new sales opportunities
  • Managing sales floor operations and providing feedback
  • Supporting all operational workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Managing inventory tasks and store maintenance
  • Analyzing key performance indicators for visual merchandising
  • Supporting Visual Lead in retail campaigns and visual displays
