Requirements
  • Ability to work throughout active construction and project site environments, including uneven terrain and varying surface conditions.
  • Ability to access ground-level, overhead, restricted-access, confined-space, and elevated work areas safely.
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, scaffolding, and other elevated work surfaces while maintaining safety requirements.
  • Ability to handle and operate hand tools, power tools, equipment, instruments, and materials associated with assigned duties.

Responsibilities

  • Move, transport, position, push, pull, lift, and carry materials as required.
  • Communicate and exchange information with crew members, supervisors, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and others in field and office settings.
  • Work in confined spaces, restricted-access areas, or elevated locations when project needs require it.
  • Apply work instructions, plans, specifications, company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory standards to assigned duties.
  • Make decisions related to safety, quality, productivity, and project requirements.
