Requirements
  • Proven experience in AR role, with a basic understanding of account receivable processes and finance principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
  • Proactive attitude to work and problem-solving
  • Exceptional attention to detail to be able to spot and resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Tech proficiency to be able to handle advanced billing systems and client portal plus working knowledge of google sheets and Excel
Responsibilities
  • support the accounts receivable function
  • ensure timely and accurate billing
  • assist with credit control responsibilities, such as payment processing and customer account management
  • prepare and issue client invoices
  • manage the accounts receivable (AR) inbox to address billing inquiries
  • ensure accurate monitoring and reconciliation of customer accounts by resolving discrepancies
  • support cash collection efforts through follow-ups on overdue invoices
  • accurately post and reconcile payments and refunds
  • collaborate with the finance team for month-end closing processes
  • participate in special projects and report preparation as needed
