- Strong business development mindset with experience building partnerships across teams.

- Drive financial center sales and growth by executing strategies aligned with credit union goals and local market opportunities.
- Lead a consultative sales culture and build partnerships with community organizations, employers, and small businesses to generate new opportunities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on sales, service, and member success.
- Coach employees using performance metrics, feedback, and development planning to strengthen results and support career growth.
- Oversee daily financial center operations, including security procedures, cash management, and audits.
- Partner with Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
- Represent Clearview in the community and build relationships that drive growth and member engagement.
- Foster an inclusive, engaged culture and use member feedback to continuously improve the financial center experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
