About the Job

Requirements

  • You have hands-on experience configuring or administering enterprise tools and shipping workflow changes to production, including rules, approvals, routing, templates, and automations.
  • You can lead confidently using API documentation and integrations, define payload requirements, map fields, validate responses, and understand authentication basics such as API keys and OAuth.
  • You understand cross-tool dependencies and how changes in one system affect downstream workflows, reporting, audit trails, and controls.
  • You can run safe releases end-to-end, including the testing approach, rollout plan, rollback plan, and post-release monitoring.
  • You can handle escalations through triage, reproduction, fixing or escalation, root-cause analysis, and prevention, and keep standards and runbooks up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain processes in non-code platforms, including forms, templates, routing rules and logic, approvals, and automations; own complex changes and the systems.
  • Translate business requirements into technical build plans covering workflow logic, data models, edge cases, permissions, and audit needs, and use AI effectively where possible.
  • Drive API-based integrations with partner teams such as finance and risk, including data mapping, validation, failure modes, and rollout; troubleshoot cross-system issues using logs and structured debugging.
  • Own testing and user acceptance testing, rollout and rollback plans, release notes, incident handling, and root-cause prevention.
  • Serve as the technical owner and subject-matter expert for the platforms; maintain runbooks and standards, train the team and key stakeholders on how the systems work, and reduce reliance on external providers.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management, procurement, third-party risk, service management platforms, or finance systems.
  • Familiarity with webhooks, single sign-on, data synchronization patterns, and integration monitoring.
  • Experience building practical reporting from imperfect tools.
