Requirements
  • Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent years of job experience is required.
  • Four to eight years of relevant work experience is required, depending on level.
  • SAP enterprise resource planning experience is required.
  • A systems, engineering, or manufacturing background and familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts are required.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
  • Integrated knowledge of the areas supporting the quote-to-cash process is required.
  • The employee is expected to complete internal Lean Leader Certification.
  • Strong SQL skills are required for independently querying, cleaning, and manipulating large operational datasets to support reporting and analytics needs at level III.
  • Demonstrated professional experience using artificial intelligence tools, generative artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, or automation platforms to improve processes or support decision-making is required at level III.
Responsibilities
  • Work with business unit managers to develop, manage, lead, prioritize, and support an ongoing list of system-related projects connected to customer satisfaction, productivity gains, and cost savings.
  • Take ownership of projects and work with necessary individuals throughout the project lifecycle from concept to completion while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work with business unit sectors to define bottlenecks and standardize or enhance processes to eliminate human error and execute improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Corporate Information Technology teams to define system requirements and support the implementation of corporate Information Technology initiatives affecting the business unit.
  • Lead change management within the business unit across all aspects of the change management process.
  • Communicate programming needs to the centralized Information Technology department and work with programmers and Information Technology analysts to implement changes efficiently and promptly.
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications and gather, document, and implement business requirements using relevant GPS tools and techniques.
  • Audit existing business processes to ensure procedures and best practices are followed, and address non-conformances and training needs supporting procedures and processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for current systems used across business unit processes, with an emphasis on manufacturing.
  • Support the order-to-cash business process and the systems supporting those processes, including JIRA, SAP, and MII.
  • Identify and implement improvements and coordinate and present process-related training initiatives within the business unit as they relate to systems.
  • Develop processes, procedures, and supporting documentation to improve cost, quality, and customer service while ensuring safety and compliance with government regulations.
  • Mentor other analysts and provide facilitation assistance on relevant projects and project management information.
  • May supervise support staff and, when applicable, manage employee development planning and support, coordinate, and execute the employee performance process.
  • Lead, train, and mentor other analyst professionals on complex technical material and solutions.
  • Identify, design, and maintain operational dashboards and automated data pipelines consolidating data across enterprise resource planning, warehouse management system, and transportation management system platforms.
  • Deliver clean, reliable datasets with meaningful narratives for operations and functional stakeholders.
  • Identify, pilot, and embed artificial intelligence and analytics tools into daily operations.
  • Coach the team and serve as a subject matter expert helping staff leverage emerging capabilities effectively.
