About the job
- At least 10 years of experience as a Lead in a .NET environment.
- Expertise in DevOps practices and their application.
- Experience with .NET development to build reliable and performant solutions.
- Ability to guide a team technically and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to design and manage SQL Server databases.
- Solid experience with Angular and the ability to create functional, maintainable web interfaces.
- Increase the team's velocity and reduce delivery cycles to less than one month.
- Decrease bug frequency and mean time to recovery (MTTR).
- Maintain user satisfaction (PMF above 40) while maintaining or increasing performance and quality throughout the transformation project.
- Make the team autonomous in the new technology stack and practices.
