  • Driving the success of strategic initiatives and ensuring efficient execution of operations
  • Structuring and breaking down complex business problems, developing hypotheses, driving analysis, and framing options in a data-driven manner
  • Identifying challenges and opportunities to create value, scoping into actionable insights and plans
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives aligning with PagerDuty's goals and vision
  • Leading cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of projects and programs
  • Identifying and tracking key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and impact of initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into program development and improvement
  • Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Communicating progress, updates, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues during program execution
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within the Strategy & Operations team and organization
  • Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
