Requirements
Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is preferred.
General knowledge or experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, drywall and painting, general building and property maintenance, and apartment turns and make-ready work.
Responsibilities
Complete resident work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and basic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
Assist with apartment turns and prepare make-ready units.
Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify needed repairs.
Maintain property grounds, common areas, tools, and equipment.
Respond to emergency maintenance needs and participate in the on-call rotation as required.
Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Provide professional and courteous service to residents.
Work closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team to keep Coral Gardens looking and operating well.

What You’ll Do
