Requirements
- Knowledge of Paid Acquisition Channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Google ads and Meta blueprint certifications
- Knowledge of Analysis & Reporting Tools (Google Analytics)
- Creation of assets, ad copy, AB tests, data driven files
- Ability to audit accounts and make recommendations

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various channels
- Set campaign objectives, target audience, and budget
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, drive performance, and maximize ROAS
- Align closely with marketing and sales stakeholders on performance marketing initiatives and forecast outcomes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for growth and experimentation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
