About the job

Requirements
  • A Bac+5 qualification and at least 3 years of operational experience in logistics, plus 1 to 2 years in logistics consulting, process improvement, or project management.
  • Practical field knowledge and the ability to work effectively with operations teams and challenge processes to improve performance.
  • Technical project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
  • Data analysis using logs and metrics, together with problem-solving in an industrial context.
  • Clear communication in French and English, instructional ability, and customer-service orientation.
  • System-level curiosity covering mechatronics, robotics, automation, and basic networking.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout France and hold a Category B driving licence.
Responsibilities
  • Map warehouse processes and analyze logistics operations at client sites to identify operations compatible with the Marso Robotics solution and recommend an integration scenario.
  • Identify gaps and risks between existing operations and the standards and conditions required for robotic deployment.
  • Recreate the client's real operating conditions to test and validate the solution before production deployment.
  • Pilot robot commissioning on site in coordination with the client's operations teams.
  • Train operators and make field teams autonomous in the robot's daily use.
  • Support the gradual ramp-up of operations and adjust parameters until performance objectives are achieved.
  • Supervise the robot's learning phases on site, contribute to annotating field data, and provide structured feedback to the product team on bugs, needs, and use cases.
  • Analyze and propose optimizations to logistics flows and task sequencing to exploit opportunities for robotic operation.
  • Provide continuous follow-up covering change management, utilization rate, and customer satisfaction to ensure successful implementation and customer value.
  • Apply the internally defined machine-safety and compliance framework in the field, including site-specific risk analysis, zoning and perimeter definition, safety-device verification, contribution to the client prevention plan, and preparation of compliance documentation.

About the company

Marso Robotics builds autonomous robots for logistics, focusing on brownfield warehouses where traditional automation is hard to implement. Its main product is an AI companion robot that can be deployed in under 24 hours without needing integration with a client’s WMS. The robot uses embodied AI with transformer-based action models, reinforcement learning-derived behaviors, and teleoperation for fallback. It runs vision-language-action models on edge hardware to navigate dynamic warehouse environments with occlusions and changing layouts. The company targets logistics operators and warehouse teams (B2B) and offers robotics-as-a-service, backed by experienced leadership and startup accelerators. Unlike systems requiring deep WMS integration, Marso focuses on rapid deployment and compatibility with existing workflows to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.

What believers are saying

  • June 2026 Logistique Seine Normandie selected Marso for experimentation with supply-chain operators.
  • The August 2026 website and LinkedIn show active hiring, 11-50 employees, and product momentum.
  • June 2026 GTM help from Remy Malchirand strengthens commercialization ahead of first large contracts.

What critics are saying

  • Marso lists no funding on Prospeo, yet depends on capital to industrialize deployments.
  • Its 2026 story still centers on pilots and collaborations, not disclosed revenue or fleet scale.
  • Warehouse robotics incumbents like Exotec and Geek+ can outspend Marso; failed reliability kills enterprise trust.

What makes Marso Robotics unique

  • Founded 2025, Marso targets brownfield warehouses with <24-hour deployment and no WMS integration.
  • Its stack blends transformer action models, reinforcement learning, and teleoperation fallback on edge hardware.
  • Founders previously scaled robotics at Exotec, Parrot, and Decathlon, adding rare execution credibility.
