  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Webinar platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and a firm grasp of available social media management tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Project manage and coordinate marketing, planning, and logistics of allocated events and ensure high-quality executions. Includes marketing campaign, logistics, delegate management, sponsorship deliverables, content & speaker management.
  • Keep up with the industry events calendar to identify the key events/tradeshows that are strategically important and recommend the best type of presence for our brand
  • Work with stakeholders in helping to plan, create, and co-ordinate events (sponsored and hosted) in line with company/events objectives (revenue and brand)
  • Work with marketing counterparts to manifest the events as part of an integrated marketing plan
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing events vendors universe (print, branded items, venue, AV, Tech, etc.)
  • Deliver Mintel’s Webinars as allocated to you
  • Contribute to guidelines, processes, and best practices for events
  • Ensure all event projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.
  • Support events reporting
  • Support on additional projects as required
