- Keep the bakery area clean and sanitary, adhering to food safety standards.
- Clean ovens and equipment, and dispose of waste.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving and storing bakery shipments.
- Report shortages or equipment issues.
- Follow food safety regulations for proper handling, storage, and sanitation.
