  • Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related career.
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in continuous improvement and project management.
  • Know process-improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or others.
  • Be organized and capable of analysis, leading multidisciplinary teams, and achieving results.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient execution of maintenance services across the company's different areas.
  • Continuously improve production-line efficiency and productivity by performing maintenance activities and properly using machinery and equipment, while following industrial safety, food safety, order, and cleanliness standards.
  • Comply with all requirements of the Food Safety Management System (GMP, PPR, HACCP/HARPC, and Food Defense), report any condition that could compromise the safety of products made at the plant, and ensure the objectives in the Food Safety Management manual are met.
