Emburse expands ai-powered T&E ecosystem with Mastercard and global travel partners.

Emburse expands ai-powered T&E ecosystem with Mastercard and global travel partners. Quick summary. Emburse is expanding its travel and expense management ecosystem through new strategic partnerships with Flight Centre Travel Group, TempoTrip, and World Travel, Inc. By integrating Mastercard virtual cards and AI-driven automation, Emburse provides organizations with a flexible, open architecture to streamline corporate travel, payments, and financial reconciliation. How does Emburse solve fragmented Travel and Expense management? Emburse addresses the inefficiencies of siloed financial data by creating an open, connected ecosystem that integrates travel booking, policy compliance, and expense reporting into a single workflow. This Travel and Expense in Motion framework ensures that data moves seamlessly with the traveler, reducing manual administrative burdens for both employees and finance teams. By avoiding a supplier-controlled approach, businesses can maintain control over their preferred travel management companies (TMCs) while benefiting from centralized intelligence. * Automated synchronization of travel and expense data. * Real-time visibility into travel spend and policy compliance. * Embedded virtual cards with custom data fields for easier reconciliation. What results has the expanded partner ecosystem delivered? The expansion, featuring over 100 technology partners, allows enterprise and mid-market customers to standardize financial data across their entire technology landscape. Through the Mastercard collaboration, organizations can now embed virtual cards directly into the platform, automating expense reporting via real-time transaction data. This integration significantly strengthens financial governance and reduces the risk of unauthorized spend by applying AI-powered expense controls earlier in the travel journey. * Access to a network of 20,000 organizations globally. * Support for 12 million professionals across 200 countries. * ISO/IEC 42001 certification for responsible AI deployment. How does AI enhance the corporate travel experience? Emburse leverages purpose-built AI to transform reactive expense management into a proactive growth tool. By accurately validating spend and predicting insights directly within the workflow, the platform helps finance leaders guide spending before it occurs. This intelligent expense automation eliminates manual steps for travelers, such as receipt collection and data entry, while providing finance teams with the agility and control needed to adapt to evolving business needs. Ff news take: Emburse is making a definitive move against the "all-in-one" closed platform model that has dominated T&E for years. By prioritizing travel and expense management flexibility and open integrations with giants like Mastercard and FCTG, they are positioning themselves as the orchestrator of a best-in-class stack. This "open ecosystem" strategy moves the needle by giving power back to the CFO, allowing for modular innovation without the pain of vendor lock-in. Featured speakers.

Emburse integrates with Cvent to bring travel intelligence to hotel sourcing

Emburse, a global travel and expense management leader, has integrated with Cvent to bring travel analytics directly into hotel sourcing workflows. The integration, called Booking Insights with Emburse, provides corporate travel teams with transaction-level data to evaluate supplier performance and negotiate hotel contracts more effectively. By embedding Emburse Travel Analytics into Cvent Travel, organizations can access richer intelligence during the sourcing process. The integration uses Emburse's Hotel Intelligence API, a new platform capability enabling partners to incorporate Emburse analytics into their solutions. Michele Shepard, Emburse's chief revenue officer, said the integration transforms travel data into a competitive advantage. Brian Sullivan, Cvent's vice president of product management, said it creates a more connected sourcing experience for travel teams.
