  • 8+ years in corporate development or related fields such as investment banking, management consulting ideally in the corporate finance space, and/or venture capital
  • Experience developing and implementing deal workflows and post-deal integrations
  • Experience managing multiple deals at once through all phases
  • Experience building and leading teams
  • Strong experience developing financial modeling such as market data models, three-statement analysis and valuation
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and traditional financial services
Responsibilities
  • Develop unique perspectives on key categories and companies in the crypto ecosystem
  • Engage with the broader organization to further qualify opportunities and refine strategic interests
  • Lead and/or support the execution of acquisitions
  • Establish strong relationships externally with the crypto and blockchain community
  • Source new opportunities and manage the pipeline
  • Develop key internal processes and artifacts for corporate development
  • Conduct ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative analyses
  • Partner with Business Development to forge alliances
