About the job
- The driver must own a clean, well-maintained high-top cargo van that is 2015 or newer.
- A valid driver's license, current insurance, and vehicle registration are required.
- The driver must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- The driver must be comfortable using mobile applications and technology.
- The driver must have strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Transport surgical kits from a designated warehouse to hospitals and surgical facilities.
- Deliver equipment to Sterile Processing Departments, Implant Rooms, or approved vendor storage areas.
- Retrieve equipment following procedures and return it to the warehouse.
- Use the Airspace mobile platform for real-time tracking and communication.
- Maintain professional interactions with hospital staff and warehouse personnel.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliveries and handle all equipment properly.
- Prior medical courier experience is strongly preferred; experience with medical devices is a plus.
