What You’ll Do

• Support active litigations including by supporting e-discovery efforts, monitoring and distributing litigation holds, and drafting correspondence
• Support subpoena and law enforcement in partnership with the Fraud Team
• Monitor key case dockets and litigation alerts
• Assist in horizon scanning on global litigation developments and trends and creating tools and trainings on the same
• Assist in monitoring implementation of the Document Retention Policy by partnering with Data Privacy, InfoSec, and Ethics and Compliance Team
• Conduct straightforward legal researchOrganize hard copy and electronic litigation files and documents

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience supporting a US litigation practice; prior in-house litigation experience and/or regulatory investigative experience would be highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with e-discovery platforms is highly preferred
• Experience conducting research with LexisNexis, WestLaw, and/or Practical Law
• Experience corresponding with federal, state, and local law enforcement, regulators, and government agencies 
• Keen judgment and strong work ethic 
• Passion for supporting an agile and fast-moving global litigation function

NYC Wage Transparency Law

• The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 and $110,000/year OR hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
