Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting a US litigation practice; prior in-house litigation experience and/or regulatory investigative experience would be highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with e-discovery platforms is highly preferred
- Experience conducting research with LexisNexis, WestLaw, and/or Practical Law
- Experience corresponding with federal, state, and local law enforcement, regulators, and government agencies
- Keen judgment and strong work ethic
- Passion for supporting an agile and fast-moving global litigation function
Responsibilities
- Support active litigations including by supporting e-discovery efforts, monitoring and distributing litigation holds, and drafting correspondence
- Support subpoena and law enforcement in partnership with the Fraud Team
- Monitor key case dockets and litigation alerts
- Assist in horizon scanning on global litigation developments and trends and creating tools and trainings on the same
- Assist in monitoring implementation of the Document Retention Policy by partnering with Data Privacy, InfoSec, and Ethics and Compliance Team
- Conduct straightforward legal researchOrganize hard copy and electronic litigation files and documents
