Requirements
  • Hold a diploma in nursing sciences.
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Have at least two years of experience in active medicine.
  • Have completed an arrhythmia course.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have a functional automobile.
  • Be adaptable to variable day, evening, or day-evening schedules.
  • Be able to work sequences of seven consecutive shifts.
  • Be able to manage complex clinical situations.
  • Have stress resilience.
  • Work effectively with a team and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in medicine/short-stay services.
  • Assess patients' health status and prioritize care according to clinical needs.
  • Administer treatments and monitor patients' progress.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Work rigorously and autonomously in a short-term intensive care context.
  • Document clinical care according to applicable standards.
