Requirements
  • Significant historical knowledge of client policies related to information security and classification, understanding of client missions and organization, and familiarity with client, Intelligence Community, and Department of Defense policies and regulations related to information security and classification.
  • Experience in the Standby Active Reserve program.
  • Prior client experience is required, although other relevant Intelligence Community experience, including significant signals intelligence experience, may be considered case by case.
  • Relevant experience must include research and analysis using established professional methods and techniques, including data and information management skills.
  • An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph is required on the first day of employment.
  • Experience in an analytic position such as intelligence analyst, foreign disclosure officer, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, or counterproliferation analyst, together with demonstrated familiarity with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, EOMDR, and Executive Orders, may be considered.
Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly research the substance and overall context of selected documents.
  • Conduct first-level review of classified information and make appropriate electronic or manual redactions based on Executive Order 13526, the Freedom of Information Act, and the Privacy Act.
  • Apply critical-thinking skills when evaluating each case and using customer systems and tools to accurately inform the review and release process.
  • Provide the rationale for redactions using legally defined exemption codes.
  • Provide recommendations for release of documents and record decisions in the appropriate system.
  • Research previous release decisions to ensure accuracy and consistency in recommendations.
  • Identify Other Government Agency equities involved in each case and ensure they are prepared for referral or coordination.

  • A self-directed professional who collaborates with client staff and can recommend and adapt to new processes.
  • Ability to collaborate and develop robust relationships with clients, colleagues, and technical teams.
  • Skill in time management, prioritization of competing tasks, and multitasking to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and provide practical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management levels while delivering high-quality services to stakeholders.

Nightwing, an intelligence solutions company, has partnered with ProCustom Group to launch rugged laptops with integrated cybersecurity solutions. The new portfolio features PCG's customised commercial off-the-shelf rugged devices pre-installed with Nightwing's Boot Shield and Electronic Armor technologies. The integrated platform combines rugged notebooks with Intel AI-enabled processors, hot-swappable batteries and sunlight-readable displays alongside Nightwing's cyber resiliency tools. Boot Shield prevents boot-level attacks and firmware code injections, whilst Electronic Armor protects sensitive applications and data. The partnership aims to deliver secure computing solutions for mission-critical operations in extreme environments. The upcoming product range will include ruggedised laptops from 11 to 16 inches with customisable configurations. ProCustom Group specialises in environmental and electromagnetic hardening of ruggedised technology for military and aerospace applications.
