Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, program management, or project management, including leading cross-functional programs such as health and safety, emergency preparedness, sustainability, or systems and tooling rollouts.
  • Ability to design programs and build playbooks that regional teams can execute against.
  • Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at a national or global scale.
  • Strong command of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience partnering with construction, real estate, or facilities teams on office moves or buildouts.
  • Ability to keep complex, fast-moving programs organized and stakeholders informed.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments with a hands-on approach.
  • Must be based in New York and able to work on-site at the NYC office, with willingness to travel to other sites as projects require.
Responsibilities
  • Project manage Workplace's global special projects, including health and safety programming, global design standards, emergency response programming, Workplace Violence Prevention Plans, and sustainability programming across the office portfolio.
  • Partner with Security, Human Resources, Legal, and regional Workplace leads to build and roll out emergency response plans and Workplace Violence Prevention Plans that meet local regulatory requirements and align with global standards.
  • Maintain and evolve global design standards for furniture, finishes, and signage.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives across offices, including vendor and materials selection and energy and waste programs, and track progress against goals.
  • Own the global rollout of Workplace tooling and software by evaluating, piloting, and implementing platforms for desk booking, occupancy, and ticketing, and driving stakeholder training and adoption.
  • Own global and national vendor contracts for food and beverage, janitorial, plants, and similar categories, including procurement, negotiation, and the master vendor relationship.
  • Build and maintain the FDOB checklist and playbook for satellite moves, expansions, and new-office openings.
  • Own the portfolio-level calendar tracking expansions and new offices across the organization so Workplace can sequence and resource projects appropriately.
  • Lead a move, opening, or buildout directly where regional workplace coverage or team bandwidth is insufficient.
  • Coordinate with Information Technology, Security, and audiovisual teams to keep day-one readiness standards current in the playbook.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets across global programs and the FDOB playbook; track milestones, dependencies, and risks; and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain the portfolio-level view of in-flight and planned moves, openings, and buildouts, and flag sequencing and resourcing risks to leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships tied to global contracts and programs, holding vendors accountable for schedule and quality.
  • Report to the Global Workplace Operations Manager to ensure programs and playbooks meet workplace standards and support regional steady-state operations.

Harvey has closed a $550 million funding round at a $15.6 billion valuation and acquired AI agent security startup Guardrails AI. The round was co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Diffusion, with participation from Sapphire Ventures and Whale Rock Capital Management. The legal AI company has raised more than $1.5 billion total, making it the most valuable and best-funded firm in its sector. Annual recurring revenue has surpassed $400 million, whilst the customer base has grown to over 3,000 organisations, up from 1,300 in March. Harvey recently released Tenet, its first fine-tuned legal model, built on Moonshot AI's Kimi K3. The company routes tasks to the cheapest capable model rather than using one model for every request. This is Harvey's fourth acquisition this year, with terms undisclosed.
