  • Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques, including cloning, polymerase chain reaction, and sequencing.
  • Hands-on experience with yeast, phage, or mammalian display platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and contribute to multiple projects in parallel.
  • Ability to work across various United States and international time zones.
Responsibilities
  • Advance antibody discovery and optimization efforts through in vitro strategies.
  • Deliver experimental data supporting lead identification and engineering.
  • Manage multiple projects with scientific rigor and organizational efficiency.
  • Support high-velocity workflows using multidisciplinary techniques.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments supporting antibody discovery and engineering.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of in vitro platforms and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain high scientific standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Document and communicate experimental findings to stakeholders and teams.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Provide technical expertise in molecular biology and related techniques.
  • Support high-throughput screening and assay development efforts.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and scientific advances in the field.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient laboratory environment.
