Requirements
  • B.S. degree in Quality Assurance, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, new product development, engineering, and quality systems
  • Familiarity with all facets of operations and engineering processes
  • Strong math, computer, organizational, people, and engineering skills
  • Capable of reading and understanding mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical drawings, diagrams, schematics, PPAP reports, and other design related documents
  • Strong and demonstrated Continuous Improvement/Lean manufacturing background
Responsibilities
  • Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company
  • Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures
  • Establish and Maintain CAPA System according to ISO requirements
  • Review Quality complaints and ensure timely investigations and actions
  • Prepare Management Review Meetings and collect data as required
  • Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and corrective action reporting system
  • Conduct Quality Systems audits and provide training on Quality issues
  • Coordinate external Quality System audits
  • Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers, and service providers
  • Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to prevent non-conformities
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement/Kaizen teams
