Seeking Certified Strategy Planning Professional (SPP) candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as NSWC.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Strategy Management Functional Area - Strategic Performance Management Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Certified Strategy Planning Professional (SPP) | Strategy Management [NSWC002007]

Provide defense And security-related Management And Operations Solutions for Strategic Performance Management Services on behalf of The U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).  These services are considered part of the ProSidian Aerospace, Defense, And Military Sector Group, with the overall focus being Aerospace, Defense, And Military (DME) Sector Group: Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense And Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness under NAICS Code: 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) with service(s) also characterized as Strategic Management Services

Part-time experts certified by the International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP) with extensive experience in strategic performance management, foresight, and change management, holding SMP or SPP certification and providing five references demonstrating successful past performance. Specialized expertise in strategic performance management and certified by IASP.  Assist in planning, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives, conduct performance assessments.

Certified by IASP as Strategy Planning Professional (SPP), knowledge of performance management.  A "Certified Strategy Management Professional (SMP)" refers to a professional who has earned a certification from the International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP), signifying their expertise in strategic planning and management, particularly at a level focused on working with C-suite executives and leading strategy development within an organization; essentially, demonstrating their ability to design, align, and transform an organization through strategic initiatives.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in strategic planning or consulting.

Skills Required

Analytical skills, strategic insight, project management.
