Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide defense and security-related Management And Operations Solutions for Strategic Performance Management Services on behalf of the U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).
  • Assist in planning, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives, and conduct performance assessments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified by the International Association for Strategy Professionals as Strategy Planning Professional (SPP) or equivalent certification; knowledge of performance management; five references demonstrating successful past performance.
  • Experience or exposure to defense and security sector engagements and working with senior executives (C-suite) in strategy development.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; high proficiency with project management; ability to adapt to changing requirements; ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
