Responsibilities
  • Design and execute executive compensation programs and policies
  • Provide technical expertise on executive compensation design, policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance
  • Develop and oversee key performance dashboards
  • Provide analytical and technical support for executive compensation programs
  • Monitor developments in executive compensation regulation
  • Lead the internal team in the development of the proxy CD&A materials
  • Partner with Stock Administration and other internal partners to manage global equity incentives
