Pendo is looking for an Executive Business Partner to partner with c-suite executives.
This role reports to the Manager of Executive Administration with a dotted line to the c-suite executive you support.In this role, you’ll move fast, be empowered and expected to think and execute strategically on behalf of the executive. We’re looking for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment, has a strong desire to learn about the business (both within the department as well as the company), and is a collaborative team player.
Role Responsibilities
- Be the ultimate calendar Tetris master. We move fast at Pendo and so do calendars. You’ll need to be able to think proactively, understand the executive’s priorities and be able to move on a minute’s notice to accommodate last-minute schedule changes.
- Efficiently and accurately perform an array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, plan and coordinate logistics for events, process expense reimbursements, etc.).
- Act as a strategic business partner.
- Take initiative and self-direct on communication, processes, or projects where you see that improvements can be made.
- Be a team player. This person will need to be able to work collaboratively within their executive’s organization but also cross-functionally across multiple departments and do so with a positive, “anything is possible” attitude.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years working in an executive assistant position supporting c-suite level executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills which includes the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with the following SaaS applications:Google Workspace (GCal, Slides, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.), Slack, Zoom
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year working in a tech/SaaS environment supporting c-suite level executives, preferably within a Product function
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Gong
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
- Minimum of four (4) years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in:
- Raleigh, NC: $84,000 - 105,000
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
