- Explore and promote new ways of working with artificial intelligence and agentic systems among technology and product teams.
- Leadership and teaching ability to engage teams and explain concepts to clients.
- Ability to solve complex problems and implement cross-organizational changes.
- Business understanding to investigate business needs and provide the best technical solution without over-engineering.
