- Demonstrated mastery of Linux and Unix systems; continuous integration and continuous delivery tools including Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and GitHub; containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes; scripting languages including Python and Bash; and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
- Contribute to the operational maintenance, configuration, and monitoring of applications.
- Participate in automating and optimizing operational processes.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents while providing Level 2 and/or Level 3 technical support.
- Participate in defining, tracking, and analyzing performance indicators to optimize system reliability and quality of operation.
- Participate in implementing observability tools to monitor systems and analyze performance.
- Maintain technical knowledge of tools and evolving operational practices.
