Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required -10+ years' of highly verticalized B2B sales focusing on pharmaceutical companies and pharmacy/market access services
  • Experience selling direct to pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Established network of pharmacy/market access consultants and pharmaceutical manufacturer relationships
  • Deep understanding of hub services and pharmacy/market access
  • Knowledge of customer and reporting requirements-Excellent cross-functional working skills-Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Develops and grows business relationships with current and prospective pharmaceutical clients
  • Provides subject matter expertise to current and prospective pharmaceutical clients for hub, pharmacy/market access, and prescription services solutions
  • Provides subject matter expertise support to other VPs of BD
  • Continually assesses revenue potential of the territory through analysis of the overall market, supports corporate goals, pipeline outlook and general industry intelligence in order to provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop effective program recommendations and proposals-Identifies expansion opportunities with existing clients and positions the Company continued growth
  • Provides leadership with regular updates on sales-focused activities, including lead generation, competitive intelligence, and product opportunities-Keeps abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, and technological trends through ongoing research and engagement at industry and medical conferences, literature reviews and other sources
