Responsibilities
  • Driving the execution of complex cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery with full transparency and strong control mechanisms.
  • Managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Assisting in various projects that improve MT&D operational reporting, integrating processes for operational efficiency.
  • Driving consistency in capacity management structure to enable the organization to make the right tradeoffs while delivering against business goals.
  • Tight partnership with peers and leadership across Marketing, Lines of Business, and all operational teams.
  • Translating various business priorities into an actionable plan of record enabling transparent handoffs and agility to respond to changing business dynamics.
