HR Generalist
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or business administration with an HR concentration.
- At least one year of relevant human resources experience, including recruitment and generalist responsibilities.
- A valid driver's license for occasional travel.
- Excellent spoken and written French.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Comfort with digital tools, human resources information systems, and learning management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization, rigor, autonomy, professional judgment, and discretion.
- Write and publish job postings and manage assigned recruitment processes in collaboration with managers.
- Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate selection steps, and make hiring recommendations.
- Develop tailored talent-attraction strategies, participate in employer-branding activities and recruitment fairs, and ensure an optimal candidate experience.
- Administer and maintain the learning management system.
- Coordinate mandatory and development training, track enrollments and completions, and produce compliance reports.
- Collaborate with internal partners to deploy training content and improve employees' learning experience.
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and quality of data in the human resources information system.
- Produce dashboards, key performance indicators, and human resources reports for leadership.
- Analyze workforce trends and participate in automating human resources processes.
- Participate in coordinating the occupational health and safety prevention program and awareness and training activities.
- Prepare occupational health and safety reports and indicators.
- Collaborate on preparing documents and reports required by the Office québécois de la langue française.
