Job Description
As a member of the Global Field and Partner Enablement team the goal of the Enablement Experience Specialist is to foster sales and partner effectiveness by designing and delivering compelling enablement content across multiple mediums to help us elevate our enablement experiences for the Genesys Field and Partner teams.
The Enablement Experience Specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop a diverse range of enablement assets (eLearning courses, videos, point-of-work reference materials) that align with program priorities. This individual will be responsible for managing enablement creation projects efficiently and maintaining an exceptional level of organization and attention to detail. The Enablement Experience Specialist will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and self-starter attitude as they aim to enhance sales and partner effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enablement and Engagement Managers to create appropriate enablement assets for effective learning experiences.
- Design and develop comprehensive enablement assets in various formats such as eLearning courses, videos, and point-of-work reference materials.
- Create quick reference materials including user guides, leader guides, how-to guides, job aids, and tip sheets.
- Maintain the product and technical learning ecosystem within the LMS and knowledge system.
Qualifications
- 1 -2 years of related experience or degree in adult learning, education, or instructional design without significant prior working experience, or equivalent.
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems and creation software such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Microsoft office, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
- Creative and innovative mindset for designing engaging learning experiences.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner who takes the initiative to increase personal knowledge of the role, products, and company.
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$59,700.00 - $110,900.00
