Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a nurse.
  • Significant experience in home care (SAD).
  • Must be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Must have an up-to-date résumé.
  • A car is required.
Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for a set of nursing care according to the biopsychosocial needs of service users.
  • Assess service users' health and develop a nursing care or treatment plan.
  • Provide nursing and medical care to maintain, restore, or prevent health problems.
  • Plan, provide, and evaluate education for service users, their relatives, and groups of people.
  • Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities.
  • Provide on-call coverage in palliative care.
  • Provide home support services at the CLSC service points in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Mont-Louis, and Cap-Chat.
