Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud investigation, risk management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, criminal justice, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects, presenting to business leaders, and prioritizing workflow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SQL or data analysis experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims or fraud prevention is a plus; adjuster license (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
  • Investigate fraud cases and report findings to internal teams, clients, and IT.
  • Support fraud prevention efforts by implementing controls, reviewing processes, and recommending improvements.
  • Assist in developing fraud detection strategies and best practices to minimize financial and regulatory risks.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve fraud-related incidents while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Provide reports and insights on fraud trends, prevention effectiveness, and risk exposure.
  • Stay informed on fraud trends, industry regulations, and best practices in telecommunications and insurance.
  • Assist with developing ad-hoc SQL queries, analysis, and summary detail results.
