Center Services Manager

Lead the Center. Support the Team. Create Great Experiences for Kids.

The Center Services Manager is a hands-on leader who helps bring the FirstSteps center experience to life (This is not a BCBA caseload position)

You’ll oversee group activities, enrichment and summer programs, center routines, and RBT support, while helping create an organized, engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

This is a great fit for someone who loves working with children and teams, enjoys being in the middle of the action, and is ready to take on more leadership responsibility.

This is a center-based leadership and program support role.

You will:

• Lead and support engaging group activities and center-based programming (includes seasonal summer program) 
• Support RBTs and Instructors with day-to-day implementation and problem-solving
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to Instructors and Lead Instructors
• Help coordinate the daily center schedule and keep programming running smoothly
• Support breaks, transitions, room assignments, and center flow
• Collaborate with Program Directors and center leadership to support high-quality services

What We're Looking For

• Strong performance in a Behavior Technician or similar role
• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in ABA, or BCaBA
• Experience working with children and supporting a team
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Someone who is comfortable taking initiative and solving problems in a busy environment
• A genuine passion for creating positive experiences for children and families
• Flexibility to support occasional evening, weekend, summer, or community programs

Salary: $27–$31/hour, depending on experience
