Requirements
  • Progress toward a bachelor's degree.
  • Currently enrolled as a student with an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
  • Strong academic achievement demonstrated through rigorous coursework and the ability to balance extracurricular activities.
  • Strong interest in human capital consulting.
  • Legal work authorization to work permanently and continuously in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, global expansion, and talent management best practices.
  • Collect and examine data to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights for senior project-team members.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop client recommendations.
  • Prepare client presentations and recommendations for boards of directors, executives, senior management, and human resources leaders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data storytelling, and presentation design.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to develop new skills, apply critical thinking, and create innovative solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate in a skillful, engaging, and proactive manner.
  • Strong time management skills, flexibility under tight deadlines, and adaptability to changing client needs.
  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
