Requirements
  • Current and previous personal assistant or virtual assistant experience is required.
  • More than three years of experience in a virtual assistant role is required.
  • Familiarity with workplace technologies, including Voice over Internet Protocol, online calendars, and desktop sharing.
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly structured working style.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing programs.
  • Excellent multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Personal computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Native fluency in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Book travel and accommodations.
  • Manage processes such as visa applications, driver's license applications, and other applications.
  • Organize personal and professional trips.
  • Manage a contact list.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and maintain online records.
  • Organize calendars.
  • Perform basic market research.
  • Create presentations as assigned.
  • Address partners' administrative queries.
